As the Vice President for Academic Affairs atop the helm of Asian Development Foundation College, Hon. Eden Chua Pineda oversees the welfare of its faculty seeing to it that they are up and running for the profession they have chosen to uphold. Her regular meetings she supervises at the beginning of the school year and semester becomes her venue for monitoring the successful planning and implementation of curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. As an academician she spearheads the well-being of the programs not just for the faculty but for the students as well. She believes on the emancipation role of education role of education in the upliftment of the human being and she expresses this thru her being an educator.
